These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Oxford Natural website and your purchase or use of products and services provided through Oxford Natural by Gowing Life and Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order, purchasing a subscription, completing a clinical assessment, booking a consultation or otherwise using our services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About Oxford Natural by Gowing Life and Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic
Oxford Natural by Gowing Life is principally used for our dietary and food supplement products, ecommerce services and related customer services.
Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic is the clinical arm of Oxford Natural and is used for our UK healthcare services, including clinical assessment, prescribing and prescription-only treatment where clinically appropriate.
Oxford Natural and Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic form part of the same overall Oxford Natural business and customer offering. However, different legal entities are responsible for particular activities for legal and regulatory purposes.
Our ecommerce activities and the sale of dietary and food supplements are operated by:

Throughout these Terms, references to “Oxford Natural”, “Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Oxford Natural business and, where legal responsibility needs to be identified, the relevant legal entity responsible for the product or service concerned.
2. Our Products and Services
Oxford Natural provides two principal categories of products and services.
Dietary and food supplements
Oxford Natural sells dietary and food supplements in the United Kingdom and, where available, selected international markets.
Availability may depend on local laws, delivery restrictions and import requirements.
UK clinical services
Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic provides healthcare services in the United Kingdom.
These services may include health assessments, consultations, treatment reviews, prescribing and access to prescription-only weight-management treatment where a suitably qualified healthcare professional determines that treatment is clinically appropriate.
Prescription-only medicines and associated prescribing services offered by Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic are available only within the United Kingdom.
Our international ecommerce offering does not include prescription-only medicines.
3. Prescription Medicines Are Not Ordinary Retail Products
Prescription-only medicines cannot simply be purchased on demand.
Selecting a treatment, completing an assessment or making a payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Before prescription treatment can be supplied, an appropriately qualified healthcare professional must assess whether the treatment is safe, suitable and clinically appropriate for you.
The prescriber retains independent clinical discretion and may decline, postpone, change or discontinue treatment.
4. Clinical Eligibility and Medical Information
When using Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information.
This may include information about your identity, age, height, weight, medical history, current or previous medical conditions, allergies, medicines, supplements, previous treatments, pregnancy or breastfeeding where relevant, GP details and any other information reasonably required to assess your suitability for treatment.
You must tell us if relevant medical information changes during treatment.
Providing false, inaccurate or incomplete medical information may affect our ability to provide safe care and may result in treatment being refused, suspended or discontinued.
We may require identity verification or other checks before clinical services or prescription treatment are provided.
5. Clinical Decisions
Clinical decisions made through Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic are made independently by suitably qualified healthcare professionals.
A clinician may request additional information, arrange a consultation, request supporting evidence, recommend further assessment, contact another healthcare professional where appropriate and lawful, recommend a different treatment, decline to prescribe or discontinue treatment.
You must follow any instructions supplied by your prescriber, pharmacist or other healthcare professional.
You must read the patient information supplied with any medicine before using it.
Prescription medicines supplied to you are for your personal use only and must not be sold, supplied or given to another person.
6. Dietary and Food Supplements
Dietary and food supplements sold by Oxford Natural are foods and are not medicines.
General information provided about supplements is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and should not be treated as a substitute for personalised professional medical advice.
You should follow the directions and warnings shown on the product packaging.
You should seek appropriate professional advice before using a supplement if you have an existing medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are preparing for a medical procedure or have concerns about the suitability of an ingredient.

7. Product and Website Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that information about our products and services is accurate.
Packaging, formulations, product appearance and other information may occasionally change.
Where mandatory information supplied with a product or medicine differs from general information displayed on our website, you should follow the current information supplied with the product and seek professional advice where appropriate.
8. Orders
When placing an order you must provide accurate and complete information.
An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, delivery cannot lawfully be made, regulatory requirements prevent fulfilment or a clinician determines that prescription treatment is not appropriate.
Where an order is cancelled after payment, any refund due will be processed in accordance with these Terms and any services already provided.
9. Clinical Treatment Orders
Orders involving Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic are subject to clinical review.
Payment, completion of a medical questionnaire or selection of a treatment does not create an entitlement to receive prescription medication.
Medication will only be prescribed where an appropriately qualified prescriber decides that doing so is clinically appropriate.
If treatment is not approved, any refund due will take account of whether a consultation, clinical assessment or another healthcare service has already been provided.
Where medication is dispensed by a separate registered pharmacy, that pharmacy may have separate legal and professional responsibilities relating to dispensing and supply.
10. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in the applicable currency on our website.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other charges will be shown where required before an order is completed.
We may use third-party payment processors.
Where a payment provider processes card payments, Oxford Natural will not generally receive or store your complete payment-card details.
11. Subscriptions
Certain Oxford Natural supplement products may be offered by subscription.
The price and billing frequency will be displayed before you subscribe.
By starting a subscription you authorise recurring payments according to the subscription selected.
You may cancel an eligible subscription in accordance with our cancellation terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a supplement subscription does not include Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic services or prescription medication.
12. Delivery
Available delivery methods and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout where applicable.
Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates.
For consumer goods, risk generally passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them.
Prescription medicines may have specific delivery and storage requirements.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and following all storage instructions provided with medication.
If prescription medication arrives damaged, incorrectly supplied or in circumstances that may have affected its safety, do not use it until you have received appropriate advice.
13. International Customers
Oxford Natural dietary and food supplements may be available for delivery to selected countries outside the United Kingdom.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can lawfully be imported into their destination country.
Customs authorities may inspect, delay or refuse shipments and customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or charges.
Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic prescription services and prescription-only medicines are not supplied internationally.
14. Returns of Dietary and Food Supplements
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Applicable UK distance-selling cancellation rights may apply to supplement purchases.
However, cancellation rights may cease for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
We may therefore be unable to accept opened or unsealed supplements simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
15. Prescription Medicines, Cancellations and Returns
Different rules apply to prescription medicines.
Prescription medicines are supplied specifically for an individual patient and medicines that have left the pharmacy or authorised supplier cannot ordinarily be returned for resale or supplied to another patient.
The normal distance-selling cancellation right does not generally apply to medicinal products supplied under a prescription.
Where medicine has already been prescribed, dispensed or dispatched, we may therefore be unable to cancel the supply or issue a refund simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights where medication has been supplied incorrectly, is defective, damaged or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
Unused or unwanted prescription medicines should normally be taken to a pharmacy for appropriate disposal and should not be sent back to Oxford Natural unless specifically requested.
16. Cancellation Before Treatment Is Supplied
If you wish to cancel a clinical treatment request, contact Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic as soon as possible.
Whether a refund is available may depend on whether a clinical assessment has already taken place, a clinician has reviewed your information, a consultation has been completed, a prescription has been issued, medication has been dispensed or medication has been dispatched.
Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you have.
17. Safety and Adverse Reactions
If you believe a supplement or medicine is damaged, contaminated, incorrectly supplied or unsafe, contact us as soon as possible.
Please retain relevant packaging, batch information, expiry or best-before information and photographs where possible.
If you experience a suspected adverse reaction, seek appropriate medical or pharmacy advice.
Oxford Natural's customer-service channels are not an emergency medical service.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999.
For urgent medical advice in the UK where it is not an emergency, contact NHS 111.
18. General Health Information
Information available publicly through the Oxford Natural website is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace individual clinical assessment.
The presence of information about a health condition or type of treatment does not mean that any particular treatment is suitable for you.
Personalised clinical advice provided through Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic is separate from general website information.
19. Accounts and Security
Where you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not impersonate another person or deliberately submit false medical information.
20. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website unlawfully, fraudulently, to obtain prescription treatment using false information, to interfere with website security, to introduce harmful software, to gain unauthorised access to systems or information or in a way that infringes another person's rights.
21. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, branding, website content, graphics, designs and other intellectual property used by Oxford Natural and Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic are owned by or licensed to the relevant Oxford Natural business entity.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Protected material must not be commercially reproduced or redistributed without permission except where permitted by law.
22. Third-Party Providers
Oxford Natural and Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic may use third parties including payment providers, couriers, fulfilment providers, technology providers, laboratories and pharmacies.
Some healthcare providers and dispensing pharmacies may have their own independent legal, regulatory and professional responsibilities.
Where appropriate, their own terms and privacy information may also apply.
23. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any legal responsibility arising from regulated healthcare or professional clinical services.
24. Privacy and Clinical Information
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Oxford Natural Longevity & Aesthetics Clinic may need to process health information in order to provide clinical services.
Health information is special-category personal data under UK data-protection law and receives additional protection.
25. Complaints
Oxford Natural operates a complaints process covering both the retail and clinical sides of the Oxford Natural business.
Complaints can include matters relating to supplements, orders, subscriptions, customer service, consultations, clinical care or treatment.

Consumers living elsewhere may additionally benefit from mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence.
