Order & Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Oxford Natural, we strive to provide the best experience and results for our customers. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your order or subscription. Below is our policy to help manage this process smoothly.

Subscription Cancellations

  1. Notice Period: To cancel your subscription, please submit your request a minimum of three (3) working days before your next recurring order is due to be processed. This ensures that we have adequate time to cancel the upcoming order before it is dispatched.
  2. How to Cancel: you can email our customer care team at orders@oxford-natural.com with your request. Please include your full name, order number and subscription details for faster processing.
  3. Cancellation Confirmation: Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. 
  4. Charges: If the cancellation request is made less than three (3) working days before the next billing date, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund charges for orders that have already been processed.
  5. Skip Option: If you’re not ready to cancel but would like to take a break, you can  skip a month of your subscription. This can be done via your online account or by contacting customer care at  at orders@oxford-natural.com.

Order Cancellations

  1. Single Purchase Orders: For one-off purchases, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact our customer care team  at orders@oxford-natural.com with your request as soon as possible as orders are usually dispatched within 2 hours on the same day of purchase up until around 4pm UK time, Monday to Friday (orders made on the weekends will be dispatched on the next working day). Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.
  2. Refunds:
    • If you cancel your order before dispatch, we will process a full refund within three (3) working days.
    • For subscription orders, refunds are only available if the cancellation was requested within the timeframe specified above.
