Under the guidance of Gowing Life, Oxford Natural is dedicated to pioneering advancements in health and longevity. We aim to help our clients to live a longer, healthier, happier and aesthetically youthful life. Our researchers in Oxford analyse breakthroughs in ageing, well-being, and longevity to ensure that our supplement stacks are grounded in the latest scientific evidence.

WHAT IS AGEING?

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to look and act much younger than their age? The answer is that they are younger, biologically speaking.

Ageing is a collection of biological processes that degrade our health, appearance, and eventually lead to debilitating diseases and death. Fortunately, we now have a good understanding of what these biological processes are. More importantly, we know that our behaviours throughout life can speed up or slow down these processes. One day, we will have technologies that can halt ageing in its tracks, keeping us young and healthy forever. Until then, our mission is to present scientific research upon which anyone can act, right now, to remain physically, mentally and aesthetically youthful.

OUR SUPPLEMENT STACK

At Oxford Natural, we believe in the power of precision nutrition. Our supplement stacks are carefully selected based on the available scientific research and evidence, aiming to provide you with the safest and most effective health and longevity solutions.

Many stores offer dietary supplements with the promise that they will offer a quick health fix for a myriad of issues. We believe that dietary supplements are a valuable means of promoting health and longevity, but we also believe it’s important to be clear and realistic about what dietary supplements can and can’t achieve. Our supplement stacks are not substitutes for a healthy lifestyle, but are there for people who wish to further optimise their health and longevity using science-backed, naturally occurring compounds. We care about science above all else, and strive to provide you with an accessible and balanced view of evidence so that you can reach your own informed decisions on whether you think that these supplements will be valuable to you.

GET OPTIMISED

  • WHY TAKE DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS?

  • THE LIMITATIONS OF DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS

The classification of dietary supplements as food is a double-edged sword. Pharmaceutical drugs must pass rigorous and lengthy clinical trials involving thousands of participants before they can be sold. Since dietary supplements are not subject to the same standards, the evidence in their favour is often of a lower quality than it is for pharmaceutical drugs. This is the price we pay for being allowed to take them at all.

Due to these limitations, the scientific literature often disagrees about the level of benefit from a given dietary supplement. There’s also a shortage of long-term data about the benefits and side-effects of dietary supplements. For example, we may know that a supplement is beneficial for the first 6 months of supplementation, but we have no idea whether it continues to be beneficial after many years.

  • ARE DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS SAFE?

All dietary supplements included within our supplement stacks are safe for human consumption according to the available scientific evidence. However, any compound we ingest, whether artificial or natural, is capable of causing side-effects or interacting with other drugs. As a result, some components of our supplement stacks may not be safe for people who have certain medical conditions and are receiving medication. It's always best practice to speak with a medical professional before starting new supplements.
